  If i order from the app no issues. If i order in the store takes 20 minutes. Can't understand why they are so so slow.one day took 42 minutes to get my drink

  Working around Starbucks made easy for me and usually I get good customer service from the morning employees, last night I went there five working , three chatting , cashier working with one customer, one walk by acting he didn't see me, the three keep laughing and joking, waiting and no one would help the cashier ,I don't have much time to watch this. I left the store without​buying.

  This place is always crowded. Over the years Ive stopped in here more times than I probably recall but for the ones that I can, it has always been crowded with a long line. I can stop in on a Tuesday at 2 and its just as crowded as a weekend.
  
  The baristas are friendly though and my drinks are always made perfect.
